Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, b.a. Sweetie Candy Store can only accept returns on items that are damaged or incorrect. We strive to ensure your sweets arrive in perfect condition and will work quickly to resolve any quality issues.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your candy and sodas for any signs of damage, melting, or discrepancies from your order confirmation.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Support

    If there is an issue, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or incorrect items.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After approval, we will either ship out a fresh replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
